Placing your order is easy!

Step 1.

Browse through the pictures and order any of our costumes by referring to their name or style number.  All colors and materials can be substituted but price adjustment might apply.  OR, I can design something unique just for you, based on your wishes and specifications.

Contact me! E-mail me, Monika Zalavari, at amazingdesigns@juno.com or text or call at 760-774-8698 and I'll answer any and all of your questions. If you're ordering a custom costume e-mail me your Custom Order form.

Payments:

A full, not refundable payment is required after agreement on the design, fabrics, and delivery date.  Payment for stoning is not due until 2 weeks prior to shipment. Our forms of accepted payments are PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  Personal Checks are not accepted at this time.

Timeline & Shipping:

In-stock costumes and items will ship out within 48 hours of payment.  For custom orders, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, but costumes can be finished and shipped out earlier depending on the number of pending orders.  Upon availability and prior agreement for a Rush Order delivery, an additional $45 Rush Fee is required.  Rush Service is not always available.

Group orders:

Group orders require a single contact person who is responsible for all design issues, a single deposit, single balance payment, and each individual's name and measurements.  Changes and add-ons will be considered a new order and might get a new delivery date issued.

 

Custom Costumes:

Fabric Swatches can be sent on request and are free for 3 color combinations for each costume.  Additional color samples can be added for $10.  For custom costumes, the first sketch is free, which includes a final drawing after costume inspection and possible minor changes.  A design change that requires a new sketch is an additional $10.

 

Terms & Conditions

Due to the small size of the business aMaZing designs does not accept returns or exchanges BUT happily adjust and correct custom costumes if their sizing is off.  However, aMaZing designs is not responsible to adjust costume if measurements were provided incorrectly or a growth spurt has occurred since ordering the costume.  Adjustments can still be made to the costume, but a minor fee will apply.  Adjustment requests need to be communicated within two weeks of receipt of costume. If requested, aMaZing designs will happily ship out your custom costume for a fitting before the stoning process. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on a timely return, otherwise, the final delivery date might need to be adjusted.  The customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping to aMaZing designs. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail. The shipping date is provided at the time of agreement and before payment.  Please note that while a shipping date is provided, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, other), this shipping date could be pushed back.  This occurrence is not common, and customers get notified of this change immediately. aMaZing designs is not responsible for the colorfastness or the wear and tear of fabrics.
